We can offer students and graduates with meaningful, hands on working experiences at all stages of our vertically integrated beef supply chain which encompasses large scale cattle breeding properties, specialist breeding programs, backgrounding, farming, lot feeding, meat processing, retail packaging and distribution. With such scope, our business engages many disciplines, professions & trades that include:

To be considered for an unpaid industry work experience placements, you must be currently enrolled in a recognized school, vocational or tertiary industry course that requires a short period of on the job observation and first hand exposure on how your learning can be applied in the real world. Applications for unpaid work experience must be supported by your education provider.
For Internships, you'll also be undertaking an industry relevant vocational or tertiary training program that requires a period of practical work experience. Depending on your existing level of knowledge, skill, ability and experience, together with the business requirements, these opportunities may be paid or unpaid.
Cadetships are a paid position in a specific part of our business, often for a fixed period of time and may also be project based. These are more often undertaken at the completion of your vocational or tertiary study.
Graduate employment opportunities may exist with ACC for students who have completed under graduate or post graduate tertiary studies. These opportunities may be either a structured or unstructured program, usually a specified fixed term and involves working in multiple areas of our business.
To ensure we meet our health and safety obligations, all placements must be vaccinated for Q-Fever prior to commencing.
